  • Which payment methods are available?
    We offer payment methods such as Afterpay, PayPal and Direct Transfer.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes, we deliver to Perth metro areas and areas of Sydney. The delivery fee can be calculated at cart (by inputting the postcode) prior to checkout or in the “Order & Payment” section. If the postcode you have entered doesn’t produce a delivery fee, this means we do not deliver to this area.
  • Can I provide my own gifts or do you have stock I can choose from?
    Gifting can be a very personal thing to others so we have ensured you can drop your own gifts to be packaged as long as every item can be manipulated into a 12cm diameter circle, not too heavy and not too sharp.We also provide a shopping service for convenience and those who lack time. By providing a budget and advising the recipients interests and the occasion we can shop accordingly.
  • How to i provide you with the gender notice?
    You can drop the gender advice to us at your closest Yay Baby location or have your sonographer contact us direct. Just ensure you make us aware of when we should expect to receive a call. We do prefer receiving the notice in writing. The doctor can email us the gender at info@yaybaby.com.au.

Orders & Shipping

  • Do you ship interstate or internationally?
    Due to the nature of our balloon products, we do not ship them interstate or internationally.We can however ship our other items. To clarify, please contact us via email or social media messenger.
  • Can you deliver during a specific time?
    Our delivery times can be chosen from two time frames 9am – 2pm or 2pm – 7pm. We allow you to request a specific time however this cannot be guaranteed. We will try our best to meet your requirements dependant on other orders.
  • How much notice do I need to give prior to ordering?
    We require 3 days notice for Sydney orders and are currently taking same day orders for Perth before 10am. We recommend booking as soon as you are sure for weekends as we are usually booked out quickly this time of the week.
  • How can I change my order?
    You may contact us via email with changes you’d like made. Changes may not be granted 48hrs prior to the delivery/pick up date dependant on whether aspects of the product have already been produced.

Exchanges & Returns

How can I exchange or return a product?

Due to the nature of our products, there are no exchanges available. If you receive a faulty product you may return the items and receive a refund/credit.

Materials & Care

  • Do the gift balloons pop easily?
    Our gift balloons are carried in a sturdy cardboard box and although the balloons are high quality Qualatex branded they are still balloons in the end and anything sharp can cause them to pop! Be careful in your handling and surroundings.
  • How long do the gift balloons last?
    The length of life depends on the care and environment it is kept in. Being brought out through multiple different environments can cause the balloon to cloud. We recommend taking it from the Yay Baby location straight to the recipient or if needed kept overnight in a cool dark environment (away from sunlight for long periods of time).We have had some of our gift balloons last up to 2 weeks before popping!


  • Where are you located?
    We currently have 3 different locations. 2 in Perth (Alexander Heights & Parkwood) and 1 in Sydney (Roselands).
  • Can I promote my products in your shop?
    We love supporting other local small businesses so please feel free to contact us with suitable products and its pricing so we can see which items are suitable to include in our gift balloons.


How do I get a copy of my invoice?

Once you have made your order an invoice/receipt will be emailed to you. Please check your spam/junk mail as it may be sitting in the folder if not found in your inbox.
